These Zillan people are CROOKS, BEWARE! Do not do business with them. They literally do not pay their workers (look how many people have sued this family for nonpayment of their debts – they even think that they don’t have to pay their taxes. They have multiple tax liens, put their name in the search area of Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts website.
I cannot believe the review right before mine (from “Yuri”) – he wrote EXACTLY what I have experienced with these dirtbag Zillans! I also looked them up on the Cuyahoga County Clerk of Court site and had also seen how many times these scumbags were sued (him, his nasty wife Lucy, and his loser son). RUN FROM THESE THIEVES! THEY BELONG IN PRISON AND WILL HOPEFULLY BE PUT THERE SOON! Disgusting. They do not pay their workers, their business associates, their taxes, their bills…etc. All of which for LARGE SUMS OF MONEY!!! check out their civil suits on the website mentioned above. I will laugh when the authorities finally do something about these PARASITES. But until then, their punishment is having to live thier PATHETIC lives, associating with each other (all thiefs and whack-jobs), and miserably obsess about how they will screw the next person over. Sounds like a great existance loser Zillans! How does it feel to know your name is associated with nothing more than being a scumbag thief? Lucy and Joseph, your parents must be sooo proud. Ha! YUK!
